6 Most Amazing Indoor Playground Changing How We See The World

If you live in an area such as we do in Western New York (we are in Rochester!) With beautifully hot summers and cold snowy winters, you will know that your options for your kid's birthday party are mostly dependent on the weather.
As an August baby, we constantly had small family parties out at my residence. But, with sons born in November and March, we are constantly left to reserve an indoor place for their celebrations, if we chose to have them that season. While those with kids with summer birthdays might appear lucky to have so many choices at their disposal, it may also often feel overwhelming.
While at Climbing Vines Cafe and Play we may be biased since we sponsor indoor parties, I wished to share with all the 5 most common reasons we hear from previous celebration clients to reserve indoor summer birthdays with us. To them, the stress-free nature of the indoor summer celebration is really a no-brainer, plus they are not looking back! Following their first indoor summer celebration , they keep hosting with us year after year.

The most common cause for a customer to reserve a summer indoor playground business for sale party with us is they don't have to stem the weather prediction for updates in the weeks leading up to the celebration. And if you've ever needed to cancel or postpone your child's birthday because of weather, then you realize how heartbreaking that could be.
We receive dozens of calls every summer a couple of days before someone's outdoor celebration is supposed to happen to find out if we've got an open slot for them within our indoor party venue due to weather woes. We can normally pull off this if the place remains open, but hosts will sadly need to starve and allow all of their guests know of the change in place and likely change in time, and change all their catering requests to accommodate their new party plan.
While of course rain is most probably the biggest obstacle you might face, extreme heat, unseasonably cool weather, and wind can also pose issues to your food, decorations, along with your guests' belongings. You'll probably find yourself investing in a tent or some other weather barrier simply to ease your mind somewhat, which can be costly and take a great deal of precious time to set up and take down. I will not even tell the story of the time my Dad put up a tent for a celebration in a windstorm and ended up with an insurance coverage for 4 ruined cars when it withdrew (weights and anchors and all!) ...

2) CHANGING IT UP

Aside from the obvious weather worries you can avoid with a indoor party, there can also just be something so straightforward and lovely about a indoor summer celebration. Guests won't need to worry about bringing towels and sunscreen and towels and swimsuits and changes of clothing and bug spray... you get the picture.
Sometimes it's nice to take a short break in the outside, sip coffee in an air-conditioned cafe, and have a real conversation with other adults while the children play, instead of chasing kids around attempting to receive their fur on them keeping them away from the in-ground pool. I'm not sure about you, but I can never quite relax at an outdoor summer birthday celebration with a two and a 4 year old. While they sure do have a fantastic time running around, we typically leave at a daze or with a tantrum, unsure whether we had time to talk or check in with everybody.
While I absolutely love a fantastic barbecue or summertime grilling extravaganza, I also find it so refreshing when we could take a break in the same-old backyard celebration and spend a few hours at a relaxing, cool, and most importantly-- contained! -- atmosphere.
It is also freeing as a guest to have the rest of the day to do as we wish as a family and not need to worry about getting the children into a bath immediately after the celebration or stopping home to cool off and change clothing.
I promise that if you reserve an indoor celebration for your child, guests (especially family) may appear a little confused at first (why not just take advantage of the summer weather while we could, right?) But after hosting hundreds of indoor parties I can tell you for sure that on the day-of, you and your guests will realize how pleasant it is to kick back within an air-conditioned private celebration for a few hours.

Speaking of how relaxing an indoor, air-conditioned celebration could be, how can we discuss food for a moment?
Right now, my sweet 4 year old boy is terrified of bees, and also the quickest way to send him into a tailspin would be for him to sit down to eat a cupcake or his meal and have bees swarming around. So, for our loved ones, the food factor alone would be sufficient to justify an indoor party.
Eating in peace without needing to find shade or a chair or a location away from bugs is one of those things you don't realize can be so glorious before you attend your fourth or fifth outside summer gathering and after that get a rest from them. One of the most common things we hear is how fine it is to sit and eat and see the kiddos play with no any other venue-related cares or worries. This is going to be especially important if you're going to be needing elderly family members attend that will battle with being portable in the sand or marijuana and finding seating at outside parties.
Don't worry, we have you covered there, literally!

4) DECOR OPTIONS GALORE

While party aesthetic may not be a deciding factor for each and every family, it sure is much simpler to create a themed extravaganza that lighting a youngster's face up when the party's indoors. The decorations demanded are often less since the area is smaller and included contained, and you won't need to be concerned about balloons and streamers blowing all about or securing table covers down.
Since we do host mobile events outdoors at Climbing Vines Cafe and Play, I can also speak from experience once I say the time it takes to set up (and take down!) Decorations for an outdoor party compared to a indoor party usually ends up being at least double. Finding good places to hang banner, requiring two people to maintain and secure everything, and finding weights or other restraints for everything can be a genuine hassle on party day.
And you will have enough to be concerned about this day, right?
Furthermore, if your pinterest boards are filled with cute centerpieces, a candy bar, or anything which may be impacted by wind (or bring bees!) You will probably have to restrategize to get an outdoor soiree.
Not to mention decoration typically can only be utilized once if used outdoors, but repurposed again and if used for an indoor event. Our guests who sponsor indoor occasions, notably those who invested significant money into decoration or worked hard to create their own, are pleased to find they can usually create a huge chunk of their cash back by reselling their supplies something like Facebook Marketplace.

Speaking of cash, probably the biggest misconception I hear from customers is that they wish to sponsor a party at their home to save themselves the leasing fee of an indoor area. I generally laugh at this because it makes great sense, that is, if you've never hosted an outdoor party.
With all of the"extras" like tents, seat rentals, additional decorations, weather reinforcements, cleanup supplies, games and activities for your kids (that you won't need to supply at a play place!) , pool toys, etc.... It's very possible that you will end up spending MUCH more hosting a celebration at your house or an outside place than you'd inside.
I am not sure how other indoor spaces handle their supplies, but we only charge guests for additional beverages and provides and such on the day of the celebration should they wind up needing themand we also allow parties to attract in their OWN meals, dessert, and decoration should they choose!
Money aside, spending countless hours cleaning before, during, and after the party can also have a toll. Wouldn't it be nice to walk into a sparkling clean area and depart with your guests when the party's over, not having to be concerned about the clean-up, garbage removal, tent teardown, etc?
You can just go home and relax with your loved ones (yes, maybe outside!) In a nice clean house that was not just trampled by party guests and all of their mud, grass, and sunscreen.
Along with the time spent cleaning before and after the party, would not it ALSO be nice to not need to play"server" throughout the event? Even for customers that make their own food and decoration, our dedicated party assistants set everything up, refill and mend food and drinks as necessary, clear dishes, cut and serve the cake, and then pack up all the leftovers at the end of the celebration!
After all, it's your child's special day and you want to spend those valuable hours making memories and visiting with your guests-- not running around chasing your decorations or refilling the fruit bowl countless times.
So save everybody (and especially your family!) We'd be honored to offer you an easy, enjoyable experience which will leave your whole guest list feeling joyful, grateful, and filled with love after spending a relaxing (yet fun-filled!) day together.
